Law firm Doklestic, Repic & Gajin (DRG) acts as the exclusive legal partner to the European Energy Alliance, supporting its governance, regular operations, and strategic projects. Its services include structuring and maintaining the Alliance’s institutional and membership framework, including General Assembly and Management Board rules, membership criteria, and integrity safeguards. DRG advises on EU and national energy regulation, compliance, and regulatory advocacy, helping align the Alliance’s initiatives with the evolving European energy and net‑zero policy landscape. The firm also drafts and negotiates commercial, trading, and cooperation agreements for members and partners, including arrangements related to market development, technology implementation, and joint projects.
